GTA Vice City Stories on PS2 lands somewhere between a grounded crime story and a straight-up action playground. Grand Theft Auto – Vice City Stories ROM is made for PS2 emulators, so you can run it easily if you’re using ISOs. The game follows Victor Vance, a man who isn’t built for crime at the start, which makes each step he takes into the darker side of the city feel more real. The PS2 version sharpens the look a bit compared to the PSP release, but the city layout stays the same. Missions keep the pace shifting, and the Empire Building system lets you slowly expand your hold on Vice City. If you’re into action and adventure, this one fits without trying too hard—just a city, a climb, and the trouble that comes with it.
In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, many familiar faces from Vice City return. Characters like Phil, Ricardo Diaz, Lance Vance, and Umberto Robina show up again, with their original voice actors.
The game also brings in several new gangs. Groups such as the Trailer Park Mafia, the Cholos, the Mendez Brothers, and the Stallionz appear for the first time.
Some older gangs come back with new names. The Streetwannabe’s are now called the Sharks, and the Cubans are known as the Los Cabrones.\

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories follows the familiar style of the series, blending shooting and driving in a large world where the player can move freely and choose how to play. Vic can walk, run, swim, jump, fight, and use many weapons, and he can take cars, bikes, boats, helicopters, and even planes. Story missions help the player unlock new parts of the game, but they are never forced; you can do them slowly or ignore them for a while. Outside of missions, the player can roam the city, cause trouble, or simply explore, though causing too much chaos brings stronger responses from the police and other forces. There are many optional jobs as well, such as driving taxis, stopping fires, helping injured people, and catching criminals.
